Located in Suite 6 of the Marshall Professional Building at 2455 NW Marshall St. in northwest Portland, Oregon, the office offers a tranquil space in a busy neighborhood. An adjoining parking lot simplifies meeting in this very popular area of the city. Public transportation is available by Bus #15, or the streetcar, both of which stop at NW 23rd and NW Marshall St., one and a half blocks east of our building. The building has a courtyard design. We are located inside the courtyard, directly across from the parking lot gate.

Our reception room features a United States map containing the colleges currently attended by the students from last year’s graduating class, along with their names and their high schools. Colleges offering admission to our students but not chosen by them to attend are listed together in the lower right hand corner of the map.

Diana Glaser is the office manager, greeting families when they arrive, answering the phone, making appointments and preparing the materials for the counselors’ meetings with the students. Diana has been a valuable part of my office for many years and will probably be the first person you will speak to when you phone.  She will describe our services and fees and make your appointment.
